Reservation Scheduling
Additional time is automatically added to your reservation in order to give our staff proper time to setup and breakdown your events. When entering your event time, be aware that you will automatically have that additional time added to your reservation.
1515 Stage Auto Setup & Breakdown Times: 30 minutes auto setup time and 30 minutes breakdown
Space Specific Policies
- Event organizers are responsible for setting up the furniture for their event (make sure to schedule enough time to do so with the reservation)
- Furniture must be returned to the setup that event organizers found the space in. If there are damages prior to the start of the event, please make sure to inform the Newcomb Hall Information Desk
