Please complete all information below in order to request amplified sound on outdoor University Property. Please consult policy SEC-041: Use of Amplified Sound on Outdoor University Property for additional information regarding amplified sound on Grounds. Approval for amplified sound is granted only in cases where outdoor amplified sound is unlikely to disrupt the academic, living, or working environment of University community members or their neighbors. Note amplified sound is not permitted in the Lawn Gardens. Amplified sound will generally be approved for the following timeframes during the academic session:
Requests outside of these hours will require special permission from either the Provost's Office or the Recreation Department, depending on the location. This is to ensure that amplified sound does not impact classes or academic events.
