Description

The Main Lounge is attached to the right side of the Ballroom when entering from the Ballroom Lobby, and may also be used with the Ballroom if the event remains open to the public. This space is often used for event check-ins and fairs. When not in use it is a lounge and entrance point to the LatinX Student Center.

Space Specific Policies

• This space must be booked in conjunction with the Ballroom, or be approved by the Director for Student Engagement under common space use policy
• Lounge furniture cannot be removed or moved without the explicit permission of Event Management Services

Food Policy

• No restrictions on catering in this space - however, non-UVA Catering food may not be brought into the Ballroom
