• Upright piano (tuning at event organizers expense), must remain where it is located
• Adjacent to restrooms, water fountains

Space Specific Policies

• This space must be reserved with the Theatre, it may not be reserved by itself
• Lounge furniture may not be moved without the explicit permission of Event Management Services in advance of the event
• Space must remain open to the public as it serves as access way to the rest of the Lower Level - use of space cannot block entrance/exits or access to hallway

Food Policy

• No restrictions on catering
• If serving more than 100 people, consider hiring Facilities Management for Housekeeping
