As many of you are aware, 25Live the reservation system for academic spaces, opened for classroom space requests for CIOs opening Wednesday 8/16/23. 

To submit your requests for the Fall 2023

Open Reservations Dates (Fall 2023 and Beyond)
Starting May 1st, members of the UVA community will be able to place reservations for Student Activity spaces up to 365 days in advance of their event date in the event reservation portal EMS.
